PURPOSE: To make unnecessary plural discrete capacitors and inductors, to improve productivity and to decrease the cost by winding first and second insulation sheets together with first and second conductors and exposing four terminals from the edge surface of the winding body.

CONSTITUTION: Conductor foils 16 and 18 extended continuously in respective lengthwise directions and mutually insulated are stuck on the upper surface of a lengthy film sheet 12. A conductor foil 20 is stuck even on the upper surface of a lengthy film sheet 14. On both edges of the conductor foils 16 and 18, respective terminals 24a and 24b and terminals 26a and 26b are fitted. Next, the film sheet 14 is overlapped on the film sheet 12, the upper surface side of the film sheet 14 is made into the inside, coiled in a cylindrical shape and a cylinder body 30 having a hole 28 is formed at the center. Inductances L1 and L2 are respectively formed between the terminals 24a and 24b and the terminals 26a and 26b and between the conductor foil 20 and the conductor foils 16 and 18, a distribution capacitance C1 is formed.
