A noise elimination circuit is stored in a rectangular and longitudinally long metallic enclosure 2, and the input contact and the output contact of this noise elimination circuit are internally connectea to a first connector terminal 6 and a second connector terminal 8 projecting on one side face of the enclosure 2. These connector terminals 6 and 8 are arranged on the installation face in the vertical direction. Connectors of a wiring cable are attachably detachably connected to these connector terminals 6 and 8 to easily perform wiring in one direction.
