To secure the large damping characteristic of a noise filter in a wide range of frequency bands by connecting together two signal line conductor coil patterns to form a signal line conductor coil and also connecting two ground line conductor coil patterns to form a ground line conductor coil.

The signal line conductor coil patterns 22 to 27 and the ground line conductor coil patterns 32 to 36 generate the electrostatic capacity via thickness of the ceramic layers 13 to 17 respectively. Thereby, the coils and capacitors are distributed in a single element. The conductor resistance of a ground line conductor coil is set larger than that of a signal line conductor coil, so that no anti-resonant points are generated in a range of 1 MHz to 1 GHz. As a result, the difference can be increased between the impedance of a noise filter and the input impedance of an insertion circuit at a band of frequency higher than the prescribed working frequency. Thus, a large damping effect is secured in a wide range of frequency bands.
