PURPOSE: To obtain filters suitable for mass-production and to attain inexpensive manufacture by forming a tubular element into a doughnut shape and combining the element to a magnetic core serving as a magnetic path.

CONSTITUTION: Three strip conductors 8, 11, 14 in the vicinity of both ends of which a couple of leads 9, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16 are connected respectively are overlapped via an insulation sheet 17. Then the overlapped conductors are wound into tubular form so as to form a hole 18 pierced at its center and the element 19 is formed, in which static capacitance is provided to the entire coil in terms of distributed constant. The noise filter 23 is obtained by inserting a core, e.g., a pot form core 20 into the hole 18 of the element 19.
