To protect electronic equipment such as a base board, a power source and a communication cable in a precision apparatus, including an OA apparatus used in a building not only from noise such as direct thunder, a thunder surge current, a radio wave and an electromagnetic wave intruding from the outdoors but also from noise such as a radio wave and an electromagnetic wave generated indoors.
The rooftop R of the building B and respective floors F are welded on a rooftop foundation reinforcement or a floor foundation reinforcement 3 by developing a steel plate or a conductive board or a wire net 1 after arranging a reinforcement 7, and then, are constructed by hardening by concrete 8. A steel plate board or the wire net 1 and a reinforcement 3 are electrically connected to a structural foundation steel frame 2 of the building B by a metallic bolt 5 and a conductor 6. An outer wall is welded to a wall foundation reinforcement 3 by developing the wire net 1, and then, is constructed by hardening by the concrete 8 or sticking a concrete board 4, and the wall foundation steel frame 3 is electrically connected to the structural foundation steel frame 2 of the building, and is constituted so as to release a noise current such as direct thunder, a thunder surge current, a radio wave, an electromagnetic wave and static electricity to the ground.
