PURPOSE: To eliminate peculiar noise by providing with a transversal flow air blowing means, a means for sensing passage of a blade and the like at an optional point, control means and sounding means for converting electric signals of the control means and outputting by sound.

CONSTITUTION: In a transversal flow air-fan 1, blades 10 and the like with arc shapes radially disposed centering a rotary shaft thereof are disposed, both end parts and the like are supported by supporting members 11a, 11b. A stabilizer 14 is disposed in an axial direction adjacent to the transversal flow air-fan 1. A port coupler 20, a speaker 22 and the like are mounted on the stabilizer 14. A control unit receives passage signals of the blades 10 and the like by the port coupler 20, and calculates a frequency of peculiar noise of the transversal flow air-fan 1, and then generates an electric signal having a reverse phase and same pressure level to the peculiar noise, and thereby, the speaker 22 and the like are driven.
