Title:
NOISE REDUCTION DEVICE FOR LINEAR COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2764032
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce a noise in a refrigerant inlet side without worsening efficiency of a compressor, by forming a plurality of silencers communicating with an inflow path of a refrigerant in a piston, also providing an axial flow type valve mechanism in a storage groove of a cylinder head cover.
SOLUTION: A refrigerant is sucked along a refrigerant flow path in a direction of arrow mark, when the refrigerant flows in a cylinder 31, a noise is primarily reduced by a first silencer 36 formed between a piston rod 35 and a rod post 34. Next, the refrigerant passes through a through hole 34a of the rod post 34 and a second silencer 37 formed between the rod post 34 and an external piston 32, the noise is secondarily reduced, thereafter, the refrigerant, after passing through a piston hole 32a and a suction valve 41, is allowed to flow in a compression space C, then the refrigerant, compressed with compression by the piston 32, passes through delivery valves 44, 45 received in a storage groove 43a of a head cover 43, to be delivered to the outside from a refrigerant delivery pipe 48.
