A person to be experienced being at the sound receiving position is made possible to experience what degree a noise is leaked at the sound receiving position from a sound generating means as a sound by specifying the kind of the noise source wanted to be heard and the position being on the floor plan of the noise source and a room in which the person wants to experience the order of a sound to be heard. In this device, the kind of the noise source which is wanted to be heard by the person to be experienced 20 and the position being on the floor plan of the noise source are specified in a noise source inputting part 14. A sound pressure level calculating part 16 calculates the sound pressure level at the sound receiving position from sound shielding performances of plural parting members being on the pathway heading from the position of the noise source specified in the noise source inputting part 14 toward the sound receiving position specified in a sound receiving position inputting part 15.
