To provide a noise suppression film high in noise suppression effect, thin, light weighted, and excellent in flexibility, and also to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
A filler is made by blending a conductive filler and an insulator coated powder filler at a volume ratio of 5/95 to 95/5 ((the conductive filler)/(the insulator coated powder filler)). A noise suppression resin complex material is made by blending the filler and a resin at a volume ratio ((the filler)/(the resin)) of 5/95 to 50/50. The noise suppression resin complex material is coated with a thickness of 100 m or less on a base film treated by an easy adhesion treatment and having a thickness of 900 m or less, and, thereafter, an adhesive resin layer is provided on the noise suppression resin complex material layer, thereby the noise suppression film is formed.
