Abstract:
To provide a non-adhesion compression facility with high frequency which can continuously and automatically complete heating and pressurizing, and subsequent cooling and transfer of wood, has high work efficiency, and can be easily operated.SOLUTION: The non-adhesion compression facility comprises: a main operation part for heating and compressing wood to be processed by a formwork; a cooling part for cooling the wood to be processed; and a recovery part for recovering the framework. The main operation part, the cooling part, and the recovery part constitute a cycle of a production line cycle via a transfer part in order. The non-adhesion compression facility adopts a system for directly heating wood with high frequency, has a short heating cycle, has uniform temperature in the wood, and has no medium which pollutes a wood surface, and further, the whole of the facility constitutes a cyclic production line, can continuously and automatically complete heating and pressurizing, and subsequent cooling and transfer of wood, has high work efficiency, and can be easily operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
