Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a high capacity recovery rate, even after it is left standing in the condition of higher temperatures. SOLUTION: In the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery where a flat- wound electrode consisting of a positive electrode plate, an insulator and a negative electrode plate wound in a flat shape is housed into a bag-type single battery case, the flat-wound electrode has positive and negative electrode leads installed on the same end part of the flat-wound electrode at some distance, and it is fixed with a tape A which passes the one side wall part parallel to the electrode group scroll axis, between the positive electrode lead and the negative electrode lead on the plane with the leads taken out perpendicular to the electrode group scroll axis, the other sidewall part parallel to the electrode group scroll axis, and the plane without the lead taken out perpendicular to the electrode group scroll axis, and further, it configured so that it is fixed with a tape B, which is wound on the flat-wound electrode so that the tape B can cross at the right angle to the tape A.
