To provide a micro-porous membrane that is composed by mixing a conjugate diene series polymer and a polyolefin series polymer, in which problems are prevented from occurring wherein cycle characteristics or the like are reduced due to increase of an internal resistance, by enhancing the chemical stability of a separator in a battery.
This is to provide the micro-porous membrane that is composed, by mixing the conjugate diene series polymer and the polyolefin series polymer. Furthermore, in this micro-porous conjugate diene series polymer, a part of or all of its unsaturated bond parts are transformed into saturated bonds, and this micro-porous membrane can provide a chemically stable battery, when it is used as a separator in a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, in which an open-circuit voltage is 4.25 V or more in the fully charged state, wherein superior battery characteristics are not impaired, even under a high voltage of 4.25 V or higher of open-circuit voltage in the fully charged state.
