Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous ink that can reduce an amine odor while maintaining performances of achieving energy saving, inhibiting satellite spots, and improving print density.SOLUTION: The non-aqueous ink comprises at least a pigment, a pigment dispersant, and a non-aqueous solvent. The pigment dispersant comprises a copolymer including at least, as structural components, a monomer (A) having a β-dicarbonyl group and a water-soluble resin (B) having an amino group. The copolymer preferably includes an alkyl (meth)acrylate (C) having an alkyl group having 8 to 18 carbon atoms as a structural component.
