A non-aqueous secondary battery includes a sheet containing negative electrode material (negative electrode sheet) 13 capable of occluding or emitting lithium, a sheet containing positive electrode active material (positive electrode sheet) 11, and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution, wherein the non- aqueous electrolytic solution consists of a gel-form substance containing, (a) organic polymer, (b) non-protonic solvent, and (c) ammonium salt or alkali metal or alkali earth metal salt, and a metal foil chiefly containing lithium is affixed to the negative electrode sheet 13 in advance.
