Abstract:

To provide a non-chromium type lubricating coating treatment zinc plated steel panel excellent in press processability and roll formability, and also excellent in product chrematistics such as surface characteristics, corrosion resistance and blackening resistance.

The non-chromium type lubricating coating treatment zinc plated steel panel is improved in press processability or roll formability to a large extent, by forming a lubricating film applied to the surface of a steel panel from a composition prepared by compounding a non-chromium type rust inhibitor, a coupling agent and a lubricant with a urethane elastomer having a crosslinked structure in a definite ratio, and setting the glass transition point of the urethane elastomer to a predetermined temperature.
