To provide a small non-contact communication medium that is hardly affected by its surroundings and ensures a long communication distance.
A non-contact communication medium has a multilayer structure and exchanges information with an external device using electromagnetic induction. The non-contact communication medium includes an IC having a function to control the information exchange, an antenna coil 2 connected to the IC, a resonance coil 1 not connected to the antenna coil 2 and the IC with wires, a capacitor connected to the resonance coil 1, and a magnetic body 3. The antenna coil 2, the resonance coil 1 and the magnetic material 3 are disposed in mutually different layers. The layer including the antenna coil 2 is disposed between the layer including the resonance coil 1 and the layer including the magnetic body 3. The antenna coil 2 is electromagnetically connected to the resonance coil 1.
