Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact feeding device, which can highly efficiently supply electric power and can be manufactured easily and the secondary winding of which can be prevented from coming off from an inner magnetic core and from being deviated from its attached position and heat radiating performance is satisfactory. SOLUTION: A non-contact feeding device is provided with a magnetic core 21, having a pair of outer magnetic cores 22a and 22b, one inner magnetic core 23, and an E-shaped cross section and constituted to transmit electric power to a secondary winding 1 from a pair of primary feeding wires 26a and 26b, provided in two gaps between the outer cores 22a and 22b and the inner core 23 by making high-frequency currents to flow to the feeding wires 26a and 26b and inducing a voltage in a secondary winding 1 wound around the inner core 23 via a magnetic field generated from the core 21. In this case, a pair of bar-like additional magnetic cores 3a and 3b are closely attached to the opened end section of the secondary winding 1 on the side face of the front end section of the inner magnetic core 23. In addition, the coming off of the additional magnetic cores 3a and 3b from the feeding device can be prevented by providing projecting sections for fixing the cores 3a and 3b on a bobbin and tightly fixing the cores 3a and 3b to the bobbin.
