To provide a non-contact IC card and a housing for non-contact IC cards, which can limit or suppress a function of the non-contact IC cards based on the intention of users and also can prevent from a state of hindered normal communications if one or more of the non-contact IC cards are used in a overlay state.

The non-contact IC card 100 comprises a first coil 102 for functioning at least as a radio antenna, a second coil 103 located at a position where it is positioned away from the position of the first coil 102, and magnetic materials to coat the second coil. The non-contact IC card 100 compares a received power of the first coil 102 with the received power of the second coil 103 and, at least, suppresses a portion of its function based on a result of the comparison between them when the non-contact IC card is used.
