A non-contact IC card 100 is provided with a means 104 for limiting the access of an application and the application inside the IC card 100 is prepared with information instructing whether or not access is to be limited for each application or corresponding to the contents of data to be handled by the application. Further, the IC card 100 is provided with a means for logging out the processing result of the application to external equipment.
