The non-contact power supply device includes a primary side core 7 and secondary side core 10 constituted by a hollow cylindrical bearing 16 and the profile 17 of a cylindrical shape with a bottom having the bearing 16 at a center, and a primary side winding 5 and a secondary side winding 11 contained in a groove 22 between the bearing 16 and the profile 17. The primary side core 7 is inserted into a hollow part 25 formed in the bearing 16 of the secondary side core 10, so that a rotary shaft rotated by following to the secondary side core 10 is rotatably inserted into the hollow part 25 formed in the bearing 16, and a predetermined gap is opened between the secondary side core 10 and the primary side core 7 and oppositely disposed.
