Abstract:
To prevent a frequency of an output of an inverter unit from deviating from a resonance frequency of a non-contact power supply resonance load even if output control is performed, and improve tracking characteristics for a non-contact power supply resonance load having a varying resonance frequency.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply inverter device that is a voltage inverter to be connected to a non-contact power supply resonance load and PWM-controlled, includes: an inverter unit connected to the non-contact power supply resonance load and driven by an inverted driving signal; and control means for controlling an operation of the inverter unit. The control means performs control so that a frequency of the inverter driving signal substantially matches the resonance frequencies by shifting the frequency of the inverter driving signal to the resonance frequency or near the resonance frequency after starting driving of the inverter unit using the frequency separated from the resonance frequency as a start point and using a pulse signal of a pulse width shorter than a period of the resonance frequency of the non-contact power supply resonance load as an inverted driving signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
