Title:
NON-CONTACT ROTATION ANGLE SENSOR AND ITS SENSOR CORE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3623432
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components relating to a sensor and to attain miniaturization.
SOLUTION: This rotation angle sensor for detecting an rotation angle of a throttle shaft 16 in a non-contact state while converting the same into the change of magnetic force, comprises an outer core 24 made of a magnetic material, an inner core 26 made of the magnetic material and mounted inside of the outer core 24 through a predetermined air gap, a flat magnet 27 magnetized in the thickness direction and mounted on the inner core 26, and a hole IC 23 arranged in the specific air gap of the outer core 24. The outer core 24 is fixed to a specific housing, and the inner core 26 is integrally formed with one end part of the throttle shaft 16 made of the magnetic material through a circumferential groove 16a for applying the magnetic resistance. Whereby a magnetic path formed among the outer core 24, the inner core 26 and the flat magnet 27 is formed on one end part of the throttle shaft 16.
