Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive non-contact transport device which enables reduction of a possibility that a transported object contacts with the non-contact transport device with a simple structure, and to provide a manufacturing method of a film which uses the non-contact transport device.SOLUTION: A non-contact transport device includes a columnar roll (11) having a transport surface (13) which guides an elongated transported object (K) transported from the upstream side of a transport path to the downstream side of the transport path. The transport surface (13) has jet holes which jet a gas for lifting the transported object (K). A portion, where the transported object (K) is turned from the upstream side to the downstream side, on the transport surface (13) is referred to as a top part. A formation area of the jet holes per a unit area on the transport surface (13) is larger at the upstream side and the downstream side than at the top part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
