Abstract:
To improve the communication performance between a non-contact type IC card reader/writer and a non-contact type IC card.
A sensor coil 20 is formed on the same plane inside a transmission antenna 131. The sensor coil 20 extracts the variation of a magnetic flux density generated by the transmission antenna coil 131. This result is supplied to a detection circuit 21, which detects whether the magnetic flux density is greater or smaller than a preset value. Thus, whether the shielding amount of a magnetic line of force of the transmission antenna 131 is a preset value or not can be previously grasped and thereby, the influence of lower communication sensitivity is made recognizable.
