In issuing mediums, the media Z are radially rolled and supplied one by one from a medium supply passage 30 to the medium processing passage 10. The supplied media Z are temporarily locked by the first locking means 17, information-processed, rolled through the medium return passage 20 radially, and issued from the medium return port 5.
