Title:
NON-CURED HEAT-RESISTANT MAGNETIC MOLDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002146136
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a non-cured heat-resistant magnetic molding using rare earth magnetic powder, capable of preventing self-disintegration under its use at high temperatures by combinedly using a specified low-density polyethylene resin with a specified elastomer.
This non-cured heat-resistant magnetic molding is obtained by including a binder component and 30-70 vol.% rare earth magnetic powder based on the whole volume, wherein the binder component comprises 100 pts.wt. at least one elastomer selected from chlorinated polyethylenes and EPDM and 5-150 pts.wt. low-density polyethylene resin having 90-200°C softening temperature.
