Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive taste characteristic measuring device correcting positional deviation of irradiation with each laser beam for vegetables and fruits at a wavelength in first, second, and third measurement parts and measuring, for example, the degree of sugar of vegetables and fruits accurately.
SOLUTION: Laser irradiator means 42, 44, and 46 correcting positional deviation with a wavelength of λ0 where an irradiation position for vegetables and fruits is set equally or nearly equal to the irradiation position with each laser beam at wavelengths of λ1, λ2, and λ3 and a detector for correction for measuring the quantity of light of each laser beam for correction that is emitted from vegetables and fruits are arranged at first, second, and third measurement parts 31, 32, and 33. Then, the positional deviation of irradiation with each laser beam at the wavelengths λ1, λ2, and λ3 for vegetables and fruits is corrected based on the transmission rate of the laser beams for correction of the wavelength λ0 that is measured at each measurement part.
