Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-inflammable heat insulation panel body which has improved nonflammability, can be used as building materials, and is prepared with urethane foam.SOLUTION: A non-inflammable heat insulation panel body has a front side cover panel 2 and a back side cover panel 3 both of which are composed of non-inflammable material, and a urethane foam 4 obtained by the confined foaming of a mixture of isocyanates, polyols, expansive graphite, and phosphoric acid agents. The front and back sides of the urethane foam 4 are covered with the front side cover panel 2 and the back side cover panel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
