Abstract:

PURPOSE: To correct a non-linear characteristic in the low level of an input signal, by connecting an amplifying circuit having the non-linear correction characteristic consisting of a tangential circuit containing a diode switch, with an output for generating a non-linear signal.

CONSTITUTION: The input signal is applied to the non-inversion input terminal of an operational amplifier 1, and between an inversion input terminal and an output terminal, the serial circuit of a diode D1 for executing a switching action, and a resistor R3, and a circuit which is connected in parallel with said circuit and consists of a resistor R2 are connected, and also a resistor R1 is provided between the inversion input terminal and the ground. In this way, the non-linear correction amplifying circuit consisting of the tangential circuit containing the diode D1 is connected to the output of a circuit for generating the non-linear signal, therefore, even if the non-linear characteristic is generated in the circuit, the degree of amplification of the non-linear correction amplifying circuit can be changed by the operation of the diode D1, therefore, in the output of this amplifying circuit, the signal whose non-linear characteristic is corrected is obtained.
