The support structure has an inside annular part, an outside annular part 3 arranged in a concentric circular shape outside the inside annular part, and a plurality of connecting parts 5 joined to the inside annular part 1 and the outside annular part 3 and connecting both. The outside annular part 3 is constituted of a first annular layer 31, and a second annular layer 32 laminated on the outer peripheral side of the first annular layer 31 and lower in a modulus than the first annular layer 31. The tread layer 6 is constituted of a first tread layer 61, and a second tread layer 62 laminated on the inner peripheral side of the first tread layer 61 and higher in the modulus than the first tread layer 61.
