Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pneumatic wheel having an improved cushioning effect by separating an inner ring and an outer ring, which form the non-pneumatic wheel, from each other, increasing a tension of the outer ring by the inner ring when the outer ring and the inner ring are coupled, and limiting an expansion of the outer ring, the non-pneumatic wheel having an improved durability by dispersing a load applied to the wheel in a circumferential direction.SOLUTION: A non-pneumatic wheel 1 comprises: an outer ring 100 having a plurality of coupling portions formed on an inner surface in a protruding manner; and an inner ring 200 including a spoke part 210 integrally formed with an outer surface in a protruding manner and expansion preventing parts 220, each of which is formed on an upper end part of the spoke part 210 and tightly fitted between the coupling portions 110 of the outer ring 100, the inner ring 200 coupled to the inner side of the outer ring 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
