Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of pulses with a simple method even when a set pressure changes.SOLUTION: A non-pulsating pump 100 has a rotary cam 15 for converting rotary motion of a servomotor 11 into reciprocating motion, and includes a preliminary compression stroke of driving first and second pumps 20, 40 by a phase difference of 180° via the rotary cam 15, meanwhile, slightly moving plungers 26, 46 of the first and second pumps 20, 40 toward the discharge side after an intake stroke and before a discharge stroke, and thereafter, stopping the plungers 26, 46. The non-pulsating pump includes a pressure sensor 63 for detecting pressure of a common discharge pipe 36, and a control part 70 for regulating a revolution speed of the servomotor 11. When the pressure of the common discharge pipe 36 during preliminary compression stroke is higher than the pressure of the common discharge pipe 36 during the discharge stroke, the control part 70 successively increases the time period during which the revolution speed of the servomotor 11 during the preliminary compression stroke is being reduced from a predetermined revolution speed R0, for every preliminary compression stroke.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
