To provide a non-reciprocal circuit component capable of eliminating the effect by magnetism of a permanent magnet to achieve miniaturization and avoiding variations in characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.
The non-reciprocal circuit component 10 includes: a ferrite 32, which has a plurality of central electrodes arranged by crossing in a mutually electrical insulation fashion; a pair of permanent magnets 41, which are fixed to both principal planes of the ferrite 32 so as to apply a dc magnetic field on to the ferrite 32; and chip-shaped matching circuit elements C1, C2, CS1, CS2, and R; which are arranged at a resin block 11. The permanent magnet 41 is not magnetized when arranged at the resin block 11, and magnetized after being arranged with the ferrite 32 and the matching circuit element at the resin block 11. After the permanent magnet 41 is magnetized and carried out with magnetism calibration, the non-reciprocal circuit component 10 is mounted on a mounting board 20.
