PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration in an electric characteristic in spite of burning in a reducing atmosphere by making a matter of composition of a specific composition.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric matter of composition is made by a method wherein 0.05 to 30.0wt.% of a reducing agent, in which its general formula can be expressed by aLi2O+bRo+cB2O3+(100-a-b-c)SiO2 while a, b, c are 0≤a<20, 10≤b<55, 0≤c<40 respectively, is added to a dielectric component, in which 1 to 3.0wt.% of ZnO is added as an auxiliary component for 100wt.% of a main component, in which its general formula can be expressed by Pb (Mg1/2, W1/2)O2-PbTiO3 while a composition ratio of the compound composing this is in the range of 40.0 to 80.0mol% of Pb (Mg1/2, W1/2)O3 and 20.0 to 60.0mol% of PbTiO3. It is provided that R denotes at least one kind selected from among Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba while a, b and c denote mol%. At the time of burning this composite mixture to make a dielectric ceramics, it is hard to be reduced in spite of burning in a reducing atmosphere.
