To provide a non-skid device mounted on the tire of a vehicle, assuring an easy mounting operation.
The non-skid device 1 is equipped with an engage side end part 3 engaged with a spoke part 2a of a wheel from outside the vehicle and band-shaped slip stoppers 4 formed continuously to the two ends of the engage side end part with the spoke part interposed. The slip stoppers are drawn out from inside the vehicle while they are wound on the tire peripheral surface, and are mounted on the tire in such a way as coupled removably with a coupling tool 10 provided at the engage side end part. If necessary, a pin 5 for slip prevention may be installed in the grounding part 4c of each slip stopper which makes contact with the ground. This allows the non-skid device 1 to be mounted on the tire while the forefront parts of the slip stoppers 4 are pulled in the condition that the engage side end part 3 is engaged with the spoke part 2a, assuring easy operations.
