Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-skid sheet whose adhesion can be weakened, and which can keep its non-skid effect even when waterdrops attach to the sheet, and which can be always kept clean and is hardly dusted.
SOLUTION: This non-skid sheet has a base layer 1 made of a polyester film, on which a polyvinyl chloride foam coating layer 2 and a polyvinyl chloride coating layer 3 with a fine uneven surface are heated and foamed at the same time or immediately after having heated one by one. The method for producing this non-skid sheet includes the following processes: A polyvinyl chloride foam coating layer 2 (not yet foamed) is applied on the base layer 1 made of a polyester film. Then the base layer 1 with the foam coating layer 2 is dried and rolled up while it is not yet foamed. By heating and foaming the polyvinyl chloride foam layer 2 at the same time or immediately before applying a polyvinyl chloride coating layer 3 on the foam coating layer 2 which is not yet foamed, fine uneven shrink-like patterns are formed on the surface of the thin vinyl chloride coating layer 3 under the effect of the unevenness of the roam layer 2 below the coating layer 3 caused by the foaming of the foam coating layer 2, and finally, these layers are integrally formed to make the non-skid sheet.
