PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate maintenance of a valve element and the like by providing a bonnet flange capable of opening/closing on a valve casing, and providing the L-shaped valve element detachably against a valve stem, in a non-slide vacuum gate valve opening/closing the opening of the valve casing with the valve element provided on the valve stem.
SOLUTION: An air cylinder 16 for a valve stem is descendingly moved so as to make a valve element 7 in a valve casing 1 provided with a bonnet flange 1A capably of opening and closing in the corresponding condition to an opening 2, and by operating respective actuators 6, a tilting plate 14 is pressed with a push rod, and a valve stem 8 and sliding rods 13 are simultaneously tilted. At this time because the sliding rods 13 are tilted together with a sliding member 23 through slide bushes 22, the valve stem 8 is rotationally moved around pins 12, and the O-ring 10 of the valve element 7 is contacted with the valve seat 2a of the opening 2 to close the valve. Because the actuator 6 is a diaphragm type, rotational displacement of a turning motion can be absorbed, and particles at tilting can be prevented from generating.
