PURPOSE: To provide an installing bed used for winding a non-slip device such as a chain on a tire in order to stop the slip while running on a snow-covered road.

CONSTITUTION: This installing bed can permit a riding-on of a vehicle, has the first tire loading position 10 and the second tire loading position 20, and a clearance 25 to permit the movement of a nonskid apparatus 31 between the tire held by the cooperation of the first and the second tire loading position, is provided between the first tire loading position 10 and the second tire loading position 20. As a result, the nonskid apparatus 31 is set on the installing bed beforehand, and only by riding on the vehicle to be held by the first tire loading position 10 and the second tire roading position 20, the nonskid apparatus 31 can be installed on the tire, because the tire can be floated easily in the same manner when the tire is jacked up.
