Stoppers 2 are provided at the inside face of a rotary plate 1 having a length not spoiling the appearance of cards, a button 4 is attached to the inside face of a removable fixed plate 3. A hole is made at a side 5 of the rotary plate 1 and the fixed plate 3, and a support shaft 6 is provided around which the rotary plate 1 and the fixed plate 3 can be folded. For use, the back of a card is diagonally inserted into the tool, and the fixed plate 3 is folded to prevent the card from shifting. If there is a gap depending on the shape of a wallet, the rotary plate 1 can be curved and changed its length according to the number of cards, and a stopper 2 can be changed its number accordingly.
