Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a simple and improved manufacturing method of a non- stickiness, high elastic PU mono-filament by melt-spinning method of TPU.

CONSTITUTION: A non-stickiness, high elastic polyurethane elastomer mono- filament or multi-filament is manufactured by spinning a melting material of partially cross-linked thermoplastic polyurethane obtained by reacting a) at least one kind of organic diisocyanate, b) at least one kind of a dihydroxyl compound having 500-4,000 molecular weight, and c) at least one kind of a double functional hydroxyl containing chain extension agent having 62-380 molecular weight, and d) at least one kind of a tertiary functional hydroxyl containing cross linking agent, with each other.
