Abstract:

To provide a non-tacky aqueous conformal coating which forms a film that is solvent-free and has an excellent flexibility, adhesivity and moisture resistance, insulative properties and low Young's modulus at a room temperature without using a film-forming aid.

The non-tacky aqueous conformal coating comprises a resin in which a flexible acrylic resin having a glass transition temperature of ≤0°C constitutes the main skeleton, a vinyl-based polymer having a glass transition temperature of ≥20°C is grafted to the flexible acrylic resin and the content of the vinyl-based polymer in the flexible acrylic resin is 10-70 wt.%.
