Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric inspection device which can detect a defect precisely without reducing production efficiency even when a division length of a nonwoven fabric corresponding to a type of a product is changed.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric inspection device 10 inspects a condition of fibers of a long nonwoven fabric 70. The inspection device 10 has an imaging processing unit 1 which captures and inspects an image of the fibers on a processed surface of the nonwoven fabric 70, a signal output unit 2 which outputs an image capturing signal to the imaging processing unit 1 periodically, and a switching unit 3 for switching the image capturing signal. The signal output unit 2 comprises a plurality of signal transmitters 21 having a signal number different from one another depending on a division length of the nonwoven fabric 70 corresponding to a type of a product. The switching unit 3 selects one of the signal transmitters 21 depending on the division length of the nonwoven fabric 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
