Title:
Non-woven fabric for reinforcing foam molded products
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6365875
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric for reinforcing a foam molded article, the metal mold settability of which fabric is improved much more so that a sheet can be foam molded efficiently.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric for reinforcing the foam molded article has 1.5 N/φ22 mm or more metal mold settability at 70°C and 30 cc/cm/second or higher degree of gas permeability and has resin layers on one surface thereof, which layers are formed from a resin having 20-60°C softening point A and stacked in layers at regular intervals.EFFECT: The nonwoven fabric for reinforcing the foam molded article is a nonwoven fabric, to which excellent metal mold settability and an excellent degree of permeability are imparted, and can be set easily in a metal mold. Since the gas generated when foam molding is conducted can be removed therethrough, an attractive cushioning material can be produced efficiently. Since stains are not left behind in the metal mold, after the foam molding is conducted, and do not exert a bad influence on moldability of the nonwoven fabric for reinforcing the foam molded article, the metal mold can be used by entirely the same method as the conventional method.SELECTED DRAWING: None
