Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an endless state net having a structure of its connecting part and its abrasion resistance not different from those of a usual woven part and not generating an electric corrosion. SOLUTION: This endless state net is obtained by bringing warp yarns 1 at the both end parts of a metal net prepared by making a warp yarn 1 of a twisted line made by twisting a plurality of metal wires and a weft yarn 3 of a single line or a twisted line of a metal or a synthetic resin in contact with each other, joining both end parts by heating and melting, also supplying an excessive molten metal generated at the joined part to the melt-joined part becoming to have a small line diameter caused by losing gaps among raw wires to make the joined part becoming thin to have the same line diameter as that of the ordinary part, also preventing the generation of a spherical body of an excessive molten metal and reducing the volume of the melt-joined part to make the diameter of the joined part as almost equal to the warp yarn line diameter.
