The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided with a cathode having a cathode active material, and the nonaquenous electrolytic solution in which lithium salt is dissolved and the phosphazene-based compound containing a halogen element is included. A binding agent of the cathode active material is nonhalogen-based one.
