Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which allows an excellent cycle life to be achieved.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 1 according to an embodiment is arranged so that B, S, Dand Dsatisfy the relational expression(1): -0.07≤(D-D)×S/B≤0.05. The nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 1 is arranged so that the potential of a positive electrode 3 can be prevented from becoming an excessively low at a discharge termination. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the positive electrode 3 without raising a discharge final voltage. As a result, the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery 1 can achieve an excellent cycle life.
