Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent looseness of a wound electrode in the case of using a spiral type electrode by arranging a resin layer on an internal surface of a battery sheath can.
CONSTITUTION: A resin layer 20 is arranged on an internal surface of a battery sheath can 5, and after inserting a spiral type electrode 15 into the sheath can 5 of arranging this resin layer 20, an electrolyte is injected to assemble a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery. In this way, even when a clearance is provided between an external diameter of the electrode 15 and an internal diameter of the sheath can 5 at the time of inserting the electrode 15, the resin layer 20 is expanded by injecting the electrolyte thus to uniformly apply a pressure continuously in the center axial direction from the peripheral side relating to the electrode 15. Accordingly, looseness of the electrode 15 is prevented, and a good cycle characteristic can be obtained.
