Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery with excellent high rate discharge characteristics and high safety.
SOLUTION: A mixture of at least two kinds of graphite powder having different particle size is used in a negative electrode, and flake artificial or natural graphite is used. Preferably, a mixture of graphite powder having an average particle size of 10-20μm and graphite powder having an average particle size of 1-10μm is used and rate of the graphite powder having an average particle size of 1-10μm is 10-40wt.%.
