The nonaqueous electrolytic solution compounding device 1 comprises a raw material supplying port 21; gas inlets 22; a stirring means 23; an electrolyte container 2 equipped with an electrolyte taking out port 27; an electrolyte supply container 3 having a detachable discharging port 31 at the raw material supplying port 21, filled with high-density electrolytic solution; an additive agent supply container 6 having a detachable discharging port 41 at the raw material supplying port 21, filled with additive agent liquid; a mixed solvent supply container 4 having a detachable discharging port 51 at the raw material supplying port 21, filled with high-density mixed solvent of which, coagulation temperature is adjusted to 20°C or lower; a dilution solvent supply container 5 having a detachable discharging port 61 at the raw material supplying port 21, filled with dilution solvent; an inert gas supplying device 12 connected to the gas inlet 22; and a measuring device 13 measuring a change in the weight of the content of an electrolyte container 2.
