Abstract:
To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery in which cut and peeling of an electrode plate are suppressed by constituting an electrode lead and/or an electrode protection tape to be thinner the further the end face in winding direction is at the end part, and which has small variations in battery capacity, and shows excellent life characteristics.
The end face in winding direction of one of a positive electrode lead 3a or a negative electrode lead 8a is constituted to be thinner the further it is at the end part so that the curvature of the positive electrode plate 5, the negative electrode plate 10, or separator 11 located at the outer circumference part of the electrode lead 3a or the negative electrode lead 8a when wound may be larger.
